Spring makeup looks

There’s no denying that with the change of the seasons comes the urge for us to well, change. From our hair to our clothes, and especially our makeup, spring seems to be one of our favorite times to refresh our look and try out something new. To help give you some ideas and keep you on trend, we’ve taken a look at the spring fashion runways all over the world to see what’s going on with makeup right now. Read on and let us know which look you can’t wait to try!

Pinks - Monochromatic makeup- in pink- is a major show stopper. Some beauty brands have dedicated entire eye, lip, and cheek palettes to shades of this pretty hue, while Hollywood's elite are stepping out in all-pink-everything makeup on nearly every red carpet.

Fresh, glowing skin - Glowing, super-hydrated skin is never going away. Let your skin’s natural glow shine through this season by sticking to lightweight foundations or just a touch of bronzer if needed. The goal here is to keep your face looking fresh and youthful while playing up your best features, such as your eyes or lips.

Metals - Between metallic lipsticks, iridescent shadow, and shimmery liner, this season is all about the metals. Bold, foil-like finishes capture the edginess of youth, and neutral shades like smokey gold eyes amp up the glam factor. Bonus: it also looks fabulous in photos due to its incredible ability to catch the light.

Neon lips - Neutral lipstick is on the way out. This year, trendy lips everywhere are ditching heavy lines and embracing a less perfect softly blurred edge in bright colors. Imagine how your lips would look stained after eating a popsicle, and that's the vision to create for spring. Stick to bright corals, fiery reds, or hot pinks, and you can’t go wrong.
