When booking an appointment for hair service(s) of $75 or more, all guests will be asked to provide a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. We understand that sometimes emergencies and unexpected situations come up. That's why TRU allows you to cancel your appointment as long as you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. This ensures that our guests always receive the exemplary service we promise. Failure to notify or show for a scheduled treatment in your room will result in a 50% charge of the price of service(s) to be automatically charged to your credit card.
